The story behind the icon
The station image represents the cannon preserved in the garden of La Ciudadela.
The cannon recalls the days of the Ten Tragic Days, a period of a little more than ten days in which a group rose in arms against the government of Francisco I. Madero. This episode ended with the murder of President Madero and Vice-President José María Pino Suárez, as well as the rise of Victoriano Huerta to the presidency.
