The story behind the icon

Situated at Eje 4 Sur and the Eje Central, it owes its name to its nearness to the head offices of the Ministry of Communications and Transport (SCT), which was for a time known as the Ministry of Communications and Public Works (SCOP).

Its logo represents the silhouette of one of the buildings of this complex.
