The story behind the icon
The same icon will be used as that of the Metro Collective Transport System. Its name comes from the nearby Avenida Coyuya. The station image is the foot of a conchero, a person who dances with the shells of hard fruits tied to the feet, with small stones inside them, called cascabeles because they recall the sound of the rattlesnake. Coyuya is a Nahuatl word meaning where the little bells are made.
