The story behind the icon

The station icon represents a capital letter T, a number 2 and an aeroplane in take-off position. The station takes its name from its position in Terminal 2 of the Benito Juárez International Airport. Terminal 2 of Mexico City began operating on 15 November 2007, with Aeromar and Delta present, which made it possible to increase the capacity of the airport by 50%. On 15 January 2008 Aeroméxico, Lan and COPA moved into the premises and, lastly, on 19 February Continental began operating
