The image alludes to the meaning of Culhuacán: hill curved at the centre of the star; it is also translated as place of the Culhuas.

Toponymy:

It refers to the people who formed the first city of the highland and one of the most important in the pre-Hispanic world, where some of the Teotihuacans who fled the ruin of the city of the gods settled, around the year 700 AD.
