The story behind the icon

It stands on Avenida Vía José López Portillo, corner of Circunvalación. Its name refers to its position in the Lechería Industrial Zone, as well as to its connection with the Lechería station of the Suburban Railway, so that its symbol refers to that of the Suburban Railway station and to the transfer centre at the station.

Besides the regular (Ordinario) service, Line 3 (Chimalhuacán – Pantitlán) runs four Express services that skip stations: Express 1 (Acuitlapilco – Pantitlán, 13 stops, 37 min, daily), Express 2 (Chimalhuacán – Pantitlán, 8 stops, 40 min, Monday to Saturday), Express 3 (Rayito de Sol – Pantitlán, 8 stops, 22 min, Monday to Friday) and Express Rosa (Chimalhuacán – Pantitlán, 10 stops, 40 min, Monday to Saturday), which is for women only. They all use the same platforms as the regular service, so you can switch service at any shared station.
