The story behind the icon
The station image consists of a reference to the Cross of Malta present in the coat of arms of Vasco de Quiroga, first bishop of Michoacán and one of the main defenders of the rights of the original peoples of our country. He also founded the hospital-towns of Santa Fe (Mexico City) and Santa Fe de la Laguna (Michoacán).
