The story behind the icon
The iconography consists of a reinterpretation of the elements of the original glyph of Teotongo, as homage to the origins of the first inhabitants of the neighbourhood, who came from the state of Oaxaca, and to the etymological sense of the name (place of the small god, town of god, town of the sun or of solar energy).
